RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns unless we have grossly misrepresented an item. In such a case we need to be contacted within 24 hours of receipt for return authorization, and the items must be returned within 48 hours of receipt.
Items from a smoking home/shop will Not be accepted for exchange.
You will be given an exchange or store credit.
We do not refund cash/credit. In the extreme case that we may decide to do so, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee and No shipping charges will be refunded.
We also so not cancel and refund orders not shipped yet..same policy applies, if we would decide to accept the cancelation, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

We accept payments through PayPal.

PROCESSING/SHIPPING
Orders will ship to the address on your paypal payment unless I have been emailed directly for any changes/updates.
Most orders will ship within 48 business hours of completed payment. In the case of a high volume of orders, it may take an extra day or two to ship.
** Currently shipping is taking 3-4 business days due to the high volume of orders.
We ship using USPS Priority Mail which usually takes 2-3 business days to receive once shipped. Not including weekends and holidays.
You will receive an email confirmation when your item ships.
Orders ship in the order they are received. You will receive a refund for any item that comes out of stock.
